L.A. Food & Wine Festival Grand Tasting: Epic Burger Showdown

The hamburger steak may have originated in 19th-century Germany, but it wasn’t until it came to the U.S. that it got slapped between two slices of toasted bread and became the mighty burger we all love. As part of this year’s L.A. Food & Wine Festival, Alvin Cailan, host of “The Burger Show,” pits local chefs and restaurants against each other in a battle to determine who makes the best burger.

The tastiest burger will be selected by public vote and celebrity judges Seth Rogen, Tiffani Thiessen and Adam Richman. The Grand Tasting ticket includes unlimited access to delicious bites from more than 25 chefs, paired with more than 75 types of wines, spirits and beers.
